Processing:
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at contact@inmotionmovement.com or call us at (650)484-7088 immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. IN MOTION MOVEMENT warehouse hours are from 10am-7pm PST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday.
Domestic:
We ship Domestic orders using Fedex smartpost, 2Day air, and Standard overnight shipping. We offer free shipping on all continental US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico) orders over 100$ and these will be sent out using FedEx Smartpost. Ground shipping to all continental US orders takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by Fedex. Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico may take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please give express shipping options 1 day to ship after placing (except on weekends).
International:
All orders outside the US will be shipped using DHL and shipping rates are calculated by DHL. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 2 to 14 days. All international orders have duties and taxes included upon checkout.
